The typical funding process takes between four (4) and eight (8) months after the Executive Summary, Business Plan, Presentation and Private Placement Memorandum (“PPM”) are completed. My firm can provide all the services required for you to position your company to be the most advantageous for funding from the “Venture Capital World”, while protecting you and your early seed investor(s) from significant dilution and the potential of a hostile takeover…They don’t refer it, in a negative sense, as “Vulture Capital” for a reason.
