Membership Services

There are two categories of UnifiedMarkets participants: Members and Service Providers.

Members

Members have full access and use privileges with respect to all UM services, including listings in the UM Service Providers Registry^TM. Members are able to restrict or target the display of their IOI postings to other Members who meet certain qualifications, such as country of residence, financial qualifications, licenses or other data matrixes maintained in the UM database that are derived from Members’ certifications in their UM Membership applications. Members may also target or restrict their search requests for posted IOI (“Indications of Interest”) based upon the same criteria for restricted distribution.

Service Providers

Service Providers that are listed in the UM Service Providers Registry^TM may also elect at any time to become Members. They may utilize UM search capabilities to view postings that they are not restricted from viewing by the posting Members, but cannot post IOI or respond to IOI posted by Members on the UM.

Members and Service Providers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
