UnifiedMarkets (“UM”) self-directing interface permits interactive exchange of information in easily understood navigation and response formats.
All that is required is a standard web browser and an internet connection.
Global Services
UM offers global access to financial and business information, including access to worldwide listings of service providers, including securities settlement and trust operations. It provides enhanced investment opportunities and exit strategies for its Members. Indications of Interest ("IOI") to buy and sell an unprecedented range of assets are posted by Members on UM, including:
- All types and classes of securities
- Businesses
- Business Assets
- Business Loans
- Joint Ventures
UM Member services will include links to independent, broker-operated on-line trading systems that accept firm buy and sell quotes and provide securities auction services.
How It Works
- Internet-based, 24/7 worldwide access, with no additional hardware or software required
- User-friendly, with one-page console summary view and top-line navigation bar
- Search engine locates Member IOI postings of financial instruments, businesses, business assets, and other assets that are of interest
- Members may elect to target or restrict a search request using various qualifications criteria maintained by UM based on information supplied by Members and from other sources
- Members post IOI for purchase and sale of unregistered and registered financial instruments
- Members post IOI for purchase and sale of businesses and business assets
- Posting Members may limit – or not - scope of IOI distribution and search access to only other Members who meet certain qualifications specified by them
- Members may further target or restrict their IOI distribution and search to their predesignated affinity groups
- Confidential Discussion Rooms for anonymous meetings, discussions and negotiations
- On-line Discussion Room Member communications are confidential and encrypted and deleted from the UM database following conclusion of discussions.
- Service Providers advertise their services to Members in the UM Financial Services RegistryTM
- Member fees – no transaction fees or services
- No investment advice provided by the UM to Members
- Members advised to use licensed agents of their choice for transaction settlements
- UM Members do not effect transactions on UM.
