Michael D. Owen - Advisory Committee to Board of Directors

Mr. Owen is a business development strategist, business planning and valuation consultant. He has had extensive experience over 31 years serving public and private companies in a wide variety of industries. Mr. Owen has held every significant corporate position, including CEO, COO, CFO and CTO. Between 1977 and 1993, he worked for NASD investment brokerage firms as an Investment Broker, Registered Principal and Officer of Supervisory Supervision, Registered Investment Advisor, and Regional Vice President with multistate branch offices responsibilities. Since 1993, Mr. Owen has been a private consultant for business planning and valuation. He has completed 280+ business plans for public and private firms and supervised 65+ formal business valuations. Mr. Owen is a graduate of U.C. Berkeley (Regents' Scholar) and West Valley College in Saratoga, CA.
