Mr. Israel is also a Member of the Advisory Committee to the Board of Directors. For over 20 years he has been an entrepreneur, Chairman, CEO and founder of private and publicly held companies. He has assisted many companies in preparing for initial public offerings, financings, mergers and acquisitions as well as for compliance with securities regulations and governing authorities for the securities and banking industries. Mr. Israel is also an expert in contingency planning, emergency preparedness and crisis management, and has designed & built “back-up” trading floors for significant financial institutions worldwide.
